Orders and availability
Products, prices, shipping services, and availability may change. An order may be declined or canceled when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not reasonably available, or order information appears inaccurate or fraudulent. If a canceled order was charged, the appropriate payment reversal or refund will be initiated.
Live products
Live blackworms are perishable and require prompt receipt, inspection, and appropriate cold-water care. Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address, monitoring tracking, and following the published storage instructions after delivery.
Product information
We work to present products accurately, but natural products vary and screen settings affect color. Educational content is general husbandry information and does not replace advice from a qualified aquatic-animal professional familiar with your species and setup.
Acceptable use
